LEVEL 1 PILATES
So you're new to Pilates? Great! This is where everybody starts - even the teachers (so you're in good company). We'll guide you through everything slowly and help you get the basics right.

LEVEL 2 PILATES
If you've done Pilates before and are familiar with the basics, this class may well suit you. We'll still guide you all the way.

LEVEL 3 PILATES
Our advanced Pilates classes will take your movement skills to a new level. The good news is - all the teachers are able to take this class, so you can be confident you're in safe hands.

GENTLE PILATES CLASSES
Anyone can benefit from Pilates. This class is a little slower paced, with the ability to make individual adjustments to suit personal needs. The class is also good for those with osteoporosis.

ONE TO ONE SESSIONS

A wonderful way to wind down!
Chris' classes are a wonderful way to wind down on a wednesday evening. Her classes are varied and interesting and she offers alternatives to various excersises to enable all partisipants to be suitably challenged. SHe's a kind and knowlegeable instructor and I've enjoyed every session I've attended since I joined her classes.
